We offer private and small-group training with highly qualified Division I and Division III collegiate athletes. These players compete at the highest collegiate levels and bring real-game experience, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for developing athletes. During club season - they also coaching the Cayuga Cascade.

Amaya Parnell

Middle Blocker / Right Side | Attacking & Blocking Specialist

Elena has played middle blocker her entire career with two years of right-side experience. She brings strong knowledge in:

  • Blocking footwork & timing

  • Attacking mechanics

  • Serving

  • Arm swing mechanics & shoulder health

Her exercise science background adds insight into safe, effective performance training and long-term athlete development.

Karina Garcia

Libero | Captain | Attacking Specialist

  • Former Outside Hitter & Undersized Middle Blocker

  • USAV Nationals – National Division qualifier

  • Physical Therapy Graduate Student (Neuroscience & Communication Disorders minors)

Karina brings versatility and grit. Although she currently plays libero, she spent most of her career as an outside hitter and even competed as an undersized middle blocker at Nationals — giving her a deep understanding of attacking, defensive systems, and high-level volleyball IQ.

Her background in physical therapy and neuroscience gives her a unique edge in teaching mechanics, body awareness, and injury prevention.

Sara Pomar

Division I Libero | Defensive Specialist

Sara is a high-level Division I libero known for elite serve-receive, defensive range, and tempo control. She consistently records double-digit dig matches and brings strong communication and leadership to every session.

Addison Leadbetter

Impact Hitter | Liberty League Standout

  • Liberty League Rookie of the Week (multiple selections)

Addison made an immediate impact in her collegiate debut season, recording double-digit kill performances, high hitting percentages (including .667 in a match), and strong blocking numbers.

She brings high energy, competitive intensity, and experience performing in pressure matches — including conference championships.
